Temporality and Colonialiy in International legal Discourse
My work deals with questions of temporality and coloniality in international legal discourse and practice. My specific case study looks at the making of modern international indigenous peoples rights and how indigeneity has been temporally constituted in the international legal discourse and practice pertaining to the same.
