Lisa Meinecke

In this project, Meinecke aims to develop a conceptual framework for the analysis of representations of artificial intelligence in popular fiction. In what ways do SF and technology influence each other? Where are the boundaries between human and machine? During her research stay, she plans to find narrative patterns in technological media discourse and to find a clear humanist voice that contributes to ongoing debates about the ethics of digitalization.
