Pawel Hertz

The Polish author, essayist, and translator, Pawel Hertz, Corresponding Member of IWM, spent the month of May at the Institute.

Paweł Hertz spent three months at the IWM during 1987 as part of the newly founded translation program. He translated Jacob Burckhardt's "Die Zeit Constantins des Großen" into Polish.
