Central Europe on the Way to Democracy

My second point, I think it's directly related to Michalski, which is that I like to raise the second point, which is why were we, Yugoslavs-- I'm a former Yugoslav, I'm an American, and I'm saying that I'm a Yugoslav rather than say that I'm a Croat, to make a real point. Why were we not invited to participate in this Common House of Europe, in the city of Europe? I would like to suggest that we are the Balkans and be dismissed further balkanizes us, as it were. It makes us potentially explosive in all the ways that it was said here are not desirable. Thank you.
