Janos Kochanowicz

Janos Kochanowicz was working on a comparative study on "Modernization from Above", (i.e. state-led modernization) undertaken in many less developed countries during the last century. The aim was to establish the main linkages between economic, social and cultural aspects of these processes and to discover patterns of their dynamics.
