Dmytro Khutkyy

During his fellowship, Dmytro Khutkyy intends to investigate the recent wave of electronic democracy initiatives, empowering citizens and changing governance in Ukraine. What forms of electronic democracy are being introduced? Which ones can be deemed successful? What are the factors that contribute to their emergence, and what makes them sustainable? His research is comprised of theoretical synthesis, content-analysis of specific cases, and expert interviews.
