- Displaced People from Ukraine in Prague: New Political Subjectivities and Relations of SolidarityBased on ethnographic fieldwork, this project aims to address how, through their political claims and repertoires of actions, Ukrainians displaced by the war enacted new political subjectivities, shaped political alliances, and charged public spaces in Prague with new meanings.
- How to Live a Good Life in a Bad RegimeLiberal democracy is on the defensive and the number of authoritarian regimes is on the rise. Martin Milan Šimečka lives in Slovakia, where the extreme right is in power.
- Růžena Vacková as a Critic of the 1930s and early 1940sIn this project, Nikola Bečanová explores Růžena Vacková’s (1901–1982) critical writings from the 1930s and 1940s, focusing on her contributions to Národní střed and contrasting them with her engagement in right-wing magazines.
- City of Utopia, City of Empire. Performative Practices of PowerThis research project looks at how various social doctrines, specifically manifestations of "right" and "left" ideas, influenced the city, its aesthetics and urban planning concepts. The focus of research is on the Soviet city of the 1920s–1950s.
- Sense in the Making: Husserl's The Origin of Geometry and the Question of InventionSense in the Making analyzes one of Husserl’s most enigmatic and, at the same time, frequently discussed texts, namely, The Origin of Geometry.
- Experts in Post-Imperial Transitions: Entanglements and Diverging Trajectories of Eugenicists between the Habsburg Empire and the Nation States, c. 1900–1939The project proposes a new integrative narrative about the history of eugenics in Habsburg and post-Habsburg territories, interpreted through imperial and post-imperial lenses.
