Gabriela Vicanova

The aim of my project is to analyse the phenomenon of hope in specific texts of post-Kantian and existentialist authors, in an attempt to illustrate a contrast between them: on one side, we see an attempt to accept the absurdity of life without hope; on the other side, we see a view of hope as a tool for existential transformation. I will ask what hope is and how it influences human life.
