My project deals with values in public finance and financial law as well as tax and budget law in Russia and the EU. On a comparative basis, scientific notions of lawyers, economists or philosophers will be contrasted with relevant professional practice. It will include such matters as planning, budgeting and the operational management of finance. Other things covered will be the centralization and regional incomes of budgets as well as the welfare state and the tax law.
