GRANTEE
The proposed project aims at documenting and analyzing the comprehensive passportization policy that Russia is implementing in the “new” and “old” occupied territories of Ukraine. The policy includes not only formal procedures for awarding Russian citizenship but also integration and assimilation measures, including direct and indirect tools to compel Ukrainians living in the occupied territories to accept Russian citizenship.
