Staying Within the War, a Topology of Experience

During the forthcoming months in Ukraine, I am working on a series of essays covering the following topics:

Staying within the war, a topology of experience.
“The New East” as a part of colonial optics concealing the pre-Eastern Bloc history of Central and Eastern European culture.
Paris 1919, revisited: Why does the rhetoric of intellectuals voicing the need for “discussions” between European and Russian cultures invoke old imperialistic stereotypes?
Russian Cosmism, Necrorealism and what they have to do with the Russian propaganda.

I also see keeping visual diaries in the form of drawings as an important part of documenting the experience of Ukrainians during these times. I am planning to conduct short interviews with fellow artists and cultural workers who have chosen to stay in Kyiv for different reasons, illustrate them and create a website which will serve as an archive/library for these artifacts.
