Zhenya Oliinyk is an illustrator based in Kyiv, Ukraine. She's also a cartoonist, MA in Cultural Studies, and a former journalist. It is this variety of experiences that makes her eager to work with challenging social and cultural issues; her most common topics are equality, feminism, history, trauma, mental health, and other challenging social issues. Zhenya's fields of work are commercial and editorial illustration, publishing, and graphic journalism. Her works were published in The New Yorker, The New York Times, The Economist, Berliner Zeitung, she also cooperated with the Council of Europe, United Nations, Amnesty International, Freedom House, RFERL, The—Nib.
