25 years after the establishment of democracy and a market economy, elections will be held in Hungary in Spring 2014. What is at stake: will the country return to “European normality” or will Fidesz continue its process of state capture, and state-capitalism, accompanied by endless “freedom fights”. How will the elections decide the country’s fate for the future generation?
