The Polish literary magazine Zeszyty Literackie is a unique cultural institution, an ongoing intellectual project initiated thirty years ago (1982). In her talk Barbara Torunczyk, editor-in-chief of Zeszyty Literackie, will talk about her current book project that reflects on the history of the magazine giving voice to various modes of thought in Poland and Eastern Europe. The book will also be an intellectual portrait of the generation 1968 and their patrons, a summary of the victories and failures of this generation in Poland and beyond.
